Laura, here.
Using the same company Nick found last year, I’ve mocked up some design options. We’ve got a ladies’ version and a men’s/unisex version. I tweaked Nick’s slogan a little (and it will be optional – you will be able to order a shirt with just the front design, if you like).
Links to each draft are below:

To get a nicer quality tee than last year (American Apparel), in a color more closely resembling Cardinal (though who knows how much closer, really), for cheaper moolah, we must sacrifice some flexibility and place one order en masse. I am willing to coordinate, front the cost and bring the tees to the event, and you will give me cash or a check or a Paypal payment (including extra to cover Paypal processing fees). Please be advised, though, I am willing to do this ONLY if you, once committed, pay up without a hassle. Do not make Maura Brandpester angry – you won’t like her when she’s angry!
We will need a minimum order of at least six (6). Approximate prices for the unisex version are below. As you can see, the more we order the cheaper they will be, but we get to combine the ladies’ and men’s/unisex orders into one order to maximize the savings! Volume volume volume! A front-only design is about $1 cheaper, depending on volume. Ladies’ tees cost about $0.17 more than the unisex version, and Plus sizes cost about $2 more per shirt. Below is approximate -- I can get a more precise estimate once I have a ballpark of the interest level.
6 = $30.57 each
10 = $21.89 each
15 = $18.04 each
20 = $16.20 each
25 = $15.09 each
30 = $14.35 each
35 = $13.81 each
etc...
To get free shipping, the order would need to be placed at least two weeks ahead of time (the week of October 18). Let me know if you are preliminarily interested and if you have a price point (like, as long as its under $20, I will order one, etc.) and any other thoughts. Discuss below, or if you are shy, email LauraL9999 at aol dot com with any private questions…
For example:
ReplyDeleteI am interested no matter the price! Probably a ladies XL (though maybe a uni L, depends on how much layering I might want to do...)
I am down for a shirt no matter the price- probably a unisex one depending on layering issues. I wonder of my principal will allow me to wear it work on college shirt day.... :)
